- How much do you charge?
I charge both hourly rates and non hourly rates My hourly rates are  $25.00 remote connection and going to your place if need .

- How much for a non hourly rate?
I charge form 60 to 100 dollars depending on what you need. I will fix up to 2-3 different things for this price depending on  the issue.  If you have more then that for me to fix i will charge more

- Do you offer remote support and if so how much?
I charge 25 dollars for remote support per hour. Also as a added bonus I may install programs to help you if needed if you save me a trip to your place. I also offer a non hourly rate for remote connection please just ask for a price on non hourly rates.

-Where do you offer help?
 I help people in NYC/NJ By Remote connection and going to your place as needed.  BUT I can help people out of NYC with remote connection.

-There is  different prices can you help me understand what you will do for each price?

-The First Choice 25$ is for if you think you need help but not a long period of time It depends on how big the issue is. I do offer free estimate as to each problem  and  you will get the cheapest price.

-The Second Choice 80$ is for people who do not want a hourly fee but also wants stuff installed that can save money like well know software I have plenty of stuff  so what ever you need just name it and i may  just have it :)
For  example I can give you anything form adobe pro to Microsoft office to tax software  and money management even webdesign stuff .I also have something good that can help you learn  a language.  Lets not forget  any windows OS like windows 8/7/10 or windows server 2008-2012 all this at little to no cost to you I will pay for all the cost of anything you want for software. The list of stuff is a lot so please just email and ask if I have it.

-The Third $45 Choice is for your website if you want me manage it keep in mind this price does not cover advertisement .

-What if something needs to be replaced and can not be fixed what do you charge for that?
I charge only the cost of the new item/shipping I do not add on any cost to the item and if you want you can order the item instead. I can find really cheap  and great quality stuff. I can even show you the item in question to prove that the item is what I am quoting.

-What If I think the price is not fair or does not match my issue and the time I need and can pay?
 The prices  you see are not final prices I am always willing to meet a price you want to pay within reason so feel free to haggle with me :) I understand hard times So I can work with you.

Keep in mind, ask your self how much is fixing my computer worth to me. Places like best buy/staples and other places try to charge me a good 150-200 bucks for simple issues so be fair with me.
